  • Base Rate: $99.00 monthly, including 60 operator minutes with FREE unlimited text, fax, and email messaging. Each additional operator minute is charged at 1.50 cents.
  •              (Per Minute Rates Adjusted by Volume of 500 Minutes and Over) 
  • No Charge Services: Fax/email - Free 1st Onviguard Text Messaging App license for iPhone/Android HIPAA/HITECH Compliance for Healthcare & Medical Professionals included with each account.
  • Free secure message delivery using OnviGuard for all iPhone and Android devices, new babies on time, H&P / consult, and new admissions. 1st Licence No Charge
  • Call Screening: .25 cents per minute
  • Patching: .50 cents per patched call
  • Appointment Setting: $25.00 additional monthly plus message time
  • Nurse Triage: Partnering with Night Nurse, we'll coordinate your services and give peace of mind by triaging your night calls with Night Nurse. 
  • Time billed: Agent time billed at 60 seconds for the first minute, or partial, and the second in 18-second increments for updates, on-call changes, alarms and agent time administering account. No time charged for electronic dispatch time for email/fax. 
  • Interpreter Services: Included at no extra charge for the first 25 minutes using BoostLingo HIPAA-Compliant Interpreting Services. 
Many of our physicians and pediatricians have enjoyed Flat Rates based on call levels. We have designed a rate that is both fair and simple. Flat Rates based on call volume are Guaranteed for 24 months. We offer one rate that will remain the same monthly with no extra charges.
